In a rush!

Largo's Brynn Harvey already has the set the county record for most rushing in the regular season with 2,043. Now he's aiming for another record.

Harvey is trying to become the county's all-time leading rusher in a season, including playoff games. Former Packer star Dexter McCluster set the mark with 2,490 yards in 2005, a season in which Largo played three playoff games.

Harvey now has 2,232 yards after rushing for 94 against Dunedin.

Hall may start

Former Dixie Hollins and USF standout Andre Hall should see significant playing time for the Denver Broncos in today's game against the Chicago Bears.

The Broncos still are without Travis Henry, who has been hampered by a partially torn posterior cruciate ligament in his left knee. Backup running back Selvin Young has been bothered by a knee strain and is a game-time decision.

Hall's breakout performance came in last week's Monday night game against Tennessee, when he ran for 89 yards, including a 62-yard touchdown run on his first carry.

By the numbers

4 turnovers Keswick Christian committed in a 14-10 loss to Bradenton Prep.

4 turnovers Largo created in a 31-0 win against Dunedin.
