The Packers are on a roll. The Largo High School varsity football team continued its undefeated season with a 31-0 rout of Dunedin High on Friday. Next, the Packers will host the Cape Coral High School Seahawks in the regional finals Friday. The winner of that game will advance to the state semifinals Dec. 7. It's been quite a season already. The team went undefeated during the regular season for the first time since 1977. But the Packers are trying to make history: a Pinellas County team has never won a state football championship. Could this be the year? Fast facts UP NEXT: Class 5A Regional Finals Largo Packers vs. Cape Coral Seahawks, 7: 30 p.m. Friday, at Largo High School, 410 Missouri Ave. Gates open 6 p.m. Tickets are $7. Concessions available for purchase.
