YBOR CITY - The Cuban Club's theater, built in 1918, needs a lot of work, so much so that structural work takes precedence in the allocation of a $300,000 grant. But what about the faded, ornate details? Transfixed by the neoclassical theater's beauty during a performance earlier this year, artist Jeff Monsein sprang into action.
