Gateway Correction

CORRECTION These renderings of the planned Gateway project in Dunedin ran with the wrong captions. Here are the renderings with the correct captions: BEFORE This view shows the project's commercial facade as previously planned. AFTER In the latest version, the project's anchor store - yet to be named - has a more curved facade. Plus, sidewalks were widened to allow for outdoor activity and to create a more welcoming feel. BEFORE This view shows another view of the Gateway project as previously planned. AFTER After talking to residents and Dunedin officials, Pizutti Solutions drew on the city's new architectural design guidebook to create a Mediterranean Revival style for its project. Some colors were muted from burnt oranges to pale yellows. The structure went from four stories to three. Balconies with wrought iron rails were added.
