ST. PETERSBURG City leaders and neighborhood organizers were honored at the 11th Annual Neighborhood Partnership Awards Social at the Mahaffey Theater on Tuesday. Here are the winners: Web site of the Year: www.bayouhighlands.com, Bayou Highlands Neighborhood Association. Newsletter of the Year: Broadwater Breeze, Broadwater Neighborhood Association. Best Neighborhood Project: Crescent Lake Restoration and Beautification, Crescent Lake Neighborhood Association. Neighborly Youth Effort of the Year: Zachary Cornett, Fossil Park Neighborhood Association. Association President of the Year: Mariella Stevens, Live Oaks Neighborhood Association. Neighborly Neighbor of the Year: Harry Peters, Pasadena Bear Creek Neighborhood Association. Neighborhood of the Year: Grand Central District. Robert L. Gilder Award: Cliff Footlick, parks director. Michael R. Dove Advocate Award: Barbara Heck, president, Council of Neighborhood Associations. PINELLAS PARK Event helps ESOL students pick school The "Choosing Your High School" presentation for English for Speakers of Other Languages middle school students and parents is 6:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Pinellas Park Middle School Media Center, 6940 70th Ave. N.
