Peace breakfast to benefit CASA is Wednesday

The annual Peace Breakfast benefiting Community Action Stops Abuse (CASA) is 7 to 8:30 a.m. Wednesday in the Palm Court Ballroom at the Renaissance Vinoy Resort, 501 Fifth Ave. N, St. Petersburg.Admission is free, and seats are available.

Alpha Omega holiday event set

Members of Zeta Upsilon Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority and Eta Rho Chapter of Omega Psi Phi fraternity will sponsor the Alpha Omega holiday celebration from 8 p.m. Friday to 1 a.m. Saturday.

The event at the Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront, 333 First St. N, benefits the scholarships of Youth Development Foundation and Eta Rho Educational Services.Participants should bring a gift for charity.
