ARCHITECTURE

Bessolo Design Group Inc., 556 Central Ave., St. Petersburg, announces these contracts: The Manor at West Bartow, three-story independent living facility consisting of 50 one-bedroom units of 600 square feet and 50 two-bedroom units of 800 square feet on five acres. Included is a community room, warming kitchen and common areas. Project cost is $10-million; Dollar General, Winter Haven, Springdale, Ark., and Weirsdale, all are one-story prototype retail stores of 70 feet by 130 feet. The Weirsdale location has a 2.35 acre site that will allow for an additional shell.
