Ameriwood entertainment centers Company: Ameriwood Industries Inc. Why? The entertainment centers can collapse if the back panel is not secure, posing a risk of death or serious injury. What models? The entertainment centers are black with two lower miter-framed doors, two glass doors at the top and CD storage racks. They measure about 54 inches wide, 71 inches high and 20 inches deep. They were sold under the Ridgewood/Charleswood brand name. Model number 93956 is printed on the instruction manual. Where sold? Mass merchandisers, including K-Mart. What to do? An engine sensor could function intermittently and lead to engine stalling. Why? The jackets have a waist drawstring with a toggle that could become snagged or caught in small spaces or doorways, which can pose an entrapment hazard to children. What models? The performance fleece-lined shell jackets are hooded, zip in the front and have a drawstring at the waist. The jackets were sold in black or blue in multiple children's sizes. "Old Navy" is printed on a label at the neck. Style number 507907 is printed on a white label sewn into the side seam of the jacket. Where sold? Old Navy stores and www.oldnavy.com. What to do? The recalled two-piece clothing set has olive-colored knit pants with a fully-tunneled waist drawstring and a pink short-sleeved top with necktie. The recalled pants have a ribbon belt at the waist that can pose an entrapment or entanglement hazard to children. What models? Two models: the first model numbers 62240 and 62254 is denim with a brown ribbon belt on the waistband. These pants have a sewn-on patch and an embroidered butterfly. They were sold in infant sizes 12 months, 18 months and 24 months and toddler sizes 2T, 3T and 4T. The second (model number 62226) is khaki with a fabric belt on the waistband. They have two cargo pockets, one with an embroidered heart. The cuffs have buttons and plaid trim on the underside. They were sold in toddler sizes 2T, 3T and 4T. Where sold? Sears stores. The sweaters have a drawstring through the hood, posing a strangulation hazard to children. What models? The sweaters have a V-neck, hood and kangaroo pocket and are pink with charcoal stripes or blue with white stripes. They were sold in these girls' sizes: small, medium, large and extra large. The restraining straps can pull out of the waist strap slots, posing a fall hazard to young children. What models? The seat includes a tray, reversible cushion and a three-point safety belt. One side of the seat cushion has a sewn-in label at the top that says "the first years by Learning Curve." This recall includes all feeding seats except those with an "R" stamped inside a raised circle on the far left and right of the back of the seatback or those with waist strap slots that are 9 inches apart. The plastic handle can detach from the body of the mug when filled with hot liquids, posing a minor burn hazard to consumers. What models?: Two styles of Starbucks 14-ounce Fusion Coffee Mugs that are white and have a black plastic handle and a stainless steel base. The cups have “Starbucks Coffee” printed on a black stamp or a brown original Starbucks logo stamp. Where sold?: Mugs with the “Starbucks Coffee” stamp were sold at Starbucks stores nationwide. Bowflex Ultimate 2 home gyms Company: Nautilus Inc. Why?: The fasteners used to secure the rod box to the frame of the equipment can come loose, allowing the resistance rods or rod box to separate and strike the user or a bystander. What models?: The gyms are equipped with pulleys, resistance rods and other equipment that allow the user to perform a variety of exercises. “Bowflex Ultimate 2” is written on the vertical part of the frame. Tennessee Aged cheeses Company: Sweetwater Valley Farms. Why?: The products have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, an organism that can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. What models?: Tennessee Aged southern sharp cheddar cheese (yellow) and Tennessee Aged southern mild cheddar cheese (yellow), Lot No. 604 distributed in 7-, 10-, and 15-ounce bars. Why?: The door switch in the microwave oven can overheat and ignite plastic components in the control area, posing a fire hazard. The ovens were sold in white, black, bisque and stainless steel. The brand name is printed on the lower left corner on the front of the microwave door. Soma Metromint flavor water Company: Soma Beverage. Why?: The products may be contaminated with Bacillus cereus. What models?: The products were packaged in plastic 16.9-ounce bottles. The recalled products can be identified by the “Best Before” date found on the shoulder of the bottle. All Metromint recalled products (Peppermint, Spearmint, Orangemint, and Lemonmint) with “Best Before” dates before 2008/12/21, produced at the Californian facility, are affected by this recall. Products produced in the California facility have the lettering “KSA” in a rectangle located on the lower right-hand corner of the back panel on the label.
