Police say those accused of solicitation to commit prostitution are: Ricky Lynn Taylor, 29; Fabian A. Arcila, 23; David P. Hautsch, 26; and Alexander K. Valdes, 20, all of Tampa; and James E. Porazinski, 54, of Temple Terrace. Also arrested was Leonard Smith, 45, of Tampa, charged with two counts of soliciting to deliver cocaine and one count of tampering with evidence.
