Ribbon cutting: Sorta famous celebrity-Scientologist Catherine Bell of TV's JAG helps celebrate the grand reopening of Clearwater's Cleveland Streetscape project by cutting a ceremonial ribbon. 5:30 p.m., East Avenue and Cleveland Street.
