Celia Szelwach brings more than 17 years of managerial and staff experience in organizational development to her role at PBSJ Corp., a Tampa engineering firm. Most recently, she managed her own Bradenton consulting firm. Previously, she was production/logistics supervisor and human resources manager with Tropicana Products in Bradenton. She was a captain and senior paratrooper in the Army Transportation Corps. A graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, Szelwach earned an MBA degree in international trade. She is a past vice president of professional development for the Suncoast Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development.
Charles LaMont

Charles LaMont, who joined the company in 2005, has been promoted at National Executive Personnel LLC, a Largo executive search recruiting and management consulting company. Previously, LaMont has been chief operating officer and executive vice president for Clay Petroleum Group, vice president/reseller for Ray Distributing Co., marketing manager/salary and contractor operations for Texaco-Star Enterprise, southwest division vice president for Charter Marketing and zone manager for National Convenience Stores Inc. LaMont earned a business management degree from the University of Texas and is married with four children.
Virginia McGrath
Managing director, Tampa operations, Fry Hammond Barr
Virginia McGrath brings more than 28 years of advertising, public relations and marketing experience to her new role at Fry Hammond Barr, an Orlando advertising firm with operations in Tampa. McGrath, who directs the Moffitt Cancer Center account, most recently was director of advertising for Pinch-A-Penny. She also has done work for the Oldsmobile Division of General Motors and GTE Mobilnet Cellular's (now Verizon Wireless) Florida Division. McGrath live in St. Pete Beach.

William F. Becker Jr. has been promoted to tax partner at Cherry, Bekaert & Holland LLP, Tampa. Becker is a member of the firm's real estate and construction industry group and has been with CB&H since 2000.

Jeff Belyea has been named chief solutions officer at Affinity Marketing and Communications Inc., Dunedin. Belyea was the owner and developer of Mindgoal Achievement Strategies, St. Petersburg.

Sarah McCarthy has been promoted to associate at Hellmuth, Obata & Kassabaum Inc., Tampa. McCarthy is an officer of the firm.
