Nature hike: See a variety of plants and wildlife in their natural habitat on guided walks with Florida Park Service rangers at Honeymoon Island State Park at 11 a.m. every Saturday through March. The walks are free, but there is a park entrance fee of $5 for two to eight people in a vehicle, $3 for one person in a vehicle and $1 for walkers or bicyclists. Participants should dress appropriately for the weather and may want to bring binoculars and a field guide. Meet the ranger at the beginning of the Nature Trail. Holiday Camp: Children in grades K-5 can sign up for six days of fun at the city of Clearwater's 2007 Holiday Camp from 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m. at the Countryside Recreation Center, 2640 Sabal Springs Drive. The camp features arts and crafts and field trips. There are two sessions. Week 1 runs from Dec. 26-28. Week 2 runs from Jan. 2-4, 2008. Benefit concert: Four members of the Dunedin High School Chorus will give a benefit performance of holiday music from 1-4 p.m. at Purple Moon, 833 Douglas Ave., Dunedin. Safety Harbor Museum of Regional History: See artifacts and memorabilia from Safety Harbor and the surrounding area from circa 10,000 B.C. through the early 20th century. The museum's Happy HollyDays exhibit celebrates Christmas past and present. There will be a silent auction of decorated trees and holiday arrangements. Library fun: The Clearwater Public Library is offering a variety of programs for youth during winter break.
