Today: Girls - consolation, 11 a.m.; final, 2. Boys - consolation, 12:30; final, 330.

 

Spartan stars on tap for Hall of Fame

Former Lakewood athletes William Floyd, Tom Carter, Lynn Norenberg, coach John Oescher and the Spartans 1970 baseball team will be inducted into the school's sports hall of fame on Jan. 10.

A reception will be held in the faculty cafeteria at 6:30 p.m. for the honorees and guests. The induction ceremony will start at 7:30 in the school's gym.
