Dr. Mario Hernandez

Dr. Mario Hernandez assumes his new role at the University of South Florida's Louis de la Parte Florida Mental Health Institute after 10 years as president of the Division of Training, Research, Education, and Demonstration, one of the five divisions within Child & Family Studies. A native of Tampa, Dr. Hernandez is a psychologist who earned a doctorate at USF. Previously, he was director of Children's Mental Health for the Ventura County, Calif., public mental health system. He's a member of the Steward Group of the National Network to Eliminate Disparities in Behavioral Health Care.
Matthew Coe
Director of operations - West Florida, GLE Associates Inc.
Matthew Coe has been promoted at GLE Associates Inc., a Tampa environmental consulting firm, from manager of building and site environmental sciences for GLE's Tampa office. Coe has worked for GLE since 1998. Coe earned bachelor's degrees in geology and biology from the University of South Florida and is a professional geologist. A native of Philadelphia, Coe is an ambassador for the Westshore Alliance and Commercial Real Estate Women, and is a member of Florida Gulfcoast Association of Commercial Realtors, the University of South Florida Alumni Association's membership committee and the Propeller Club of the Port of Tampa.
Cynthia McGathey

Cynthia McGathey has been promoted at FrankCrum, a Clearwater professional employer organization, from chief information officer. Previously, McGathey was vice president of information technology at Certegy, chief information officer/senior vice president of information technology at Special Data Processing Corp., vice president of operations and administration at Abra Software, and director of worldwide finance and information services at Ascom Timeplex. McGathey earned a master's of business administration degree from the Florida Institute of Technology and a bachelor's degree in education from Ohio State University.
