Company: Dewalt Industrial Tool Why? Trigger switch can overheat, posing a fire hazard.

Lenox covered warmer dishes with rack

Why?: Flames from the tea candle can extend up the sides of the dish. In addition, a label on the bottom of the dish causes excessive smoke when exposed to the flame. This poses fire and burn hazards.
What models?: This recall involves covered ceramic warmer dishes with a rack and tea light candle. A label with “Lenox” and the SKU number is on the bottom of the warming dish: Holiday, 782673; Winter Greetings, 782697; Holiday Gatherings, 782670; Orchard & Bloom, 783368; Butler’s Pantry, 783357; Butterfly Meadow, 783362.

What models?: Cases of 16-ounce jars of “U.S. Low Sodium Beef Base Paste No MSG Added*.” Each case bears the product codes “191806” and “30381E” and the lot code “72108122481,” as well as the establishment number “EST. 2016” inside the USDA mark of inspection. Also, 16-ounce jars of “U.S. Low Sodium Chicken Base Paste No MSG Added*. Each jar label bears the product codes “191805” and “10381E” as well as the establishment number “P-1278” inside the USDA mark of inspection. The lot code “72108122481” is printed on the lower side of the jar.

Why?: Wires in the heater element can overheat and spark, posing a smoke and fire hazard.
What models?: Remington and McQuay “ComfortPac” Packaged Terminal Air Conditioners (PTAC) and Packaged Terminal Heat Pumps (PTHP) commonly installed in hotels, nursing homes and other commercial locations. These “B” and “B+” vintage electric heat units come in size 12 (12,000 BTU) and size 15 (15,000 BTU). The model numbers included in the recall are: PTAC12B208 KXBA and KXCA; PTAC12B265 MXBA and MXCA; PTHP12B208 KXBA and KXCA; PTHP12B265 MXBA and MXCA; PTAC15B208 KXBA and KXCA; PTAC15B265 MXBA and MXCA; PTHP15B208 KXBA and KXCA; and PTHP15B265 MXBA and MXCA. Super magnets
Company: Man’s Trading Co.
Why?: The magnet attached to the bottom of a small toy panda can detach. If swallowed or aspirated by young children, the magnets can attract each other internally and cause intestinal perforations or blockages, which can be fatal.
What models?: The half-inch toys are shaped and painted to resemble pandas. A small magnet is attached to the bottom of the toy. “Super Magnets” and the MTC logo are printed on the front of the packaging. The magnet toys are sold eight to a package.

Sterling silver teething rings

Why?: The silver ball that holds the ring in place can separate and release the beads inside. This poses a choking and aspiration hazard to infants.
What models?: The recalled sterling silver teething rings were sold in three styles: single ring with ball, single ring with heart and ball, and three rings with ball. The hollow ring has small beads inside that make a rattling sound and a ball soldered between the rings.
