New Years celebration: Lowry Park Zoo hosts Noon Year's Eve, a New Year's Eve celebration for all ages featuring games, arts, crafts, live entertainment, educational displays and a toast to 2008, with juice, of course. 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., today; Lowry Park Zoo, 1101 W Sligh Ave., Tampa; admission is $18.95 for adults, $17.95 for seniors 60 and older, $14.50 for children 3 to 11 and free for children 2 and younger and annual zoo pass holders. Orange Bowl Parade: Join the pep rally at the TECO Energy Orange Bowl New Year's Eve Parade featuring 20 college marching bands, cheerleaders, a parade and floats.
