A memorial to the slain deputy has sprung up near where he was shot at Lumsden Road and Kings Avenue in Brandon.

The former girlfriend of Michael Phillips, the man who shot and killled Hillsborough deputy Sgt. Ron Harrison, first makes an anonymous call to report shots being fired in the neighborhood. When a 911 operator calls back, Bradley reluctantly reveals the terrifying details.
