Abuse of police powers?
Cpl. Gene Strickland, of the Tampa police department, is accused by Donnie Lunsford, 17, of harassing him and Jordan Overstreet, 15, after Strickland found them on his neighbor's land in Lithia. This 911 call is from that incident. Lunsford's father, Donald Lunsford, has applied for a temporary restraining order to keep the officer away from his son.
