Pfc. Jonathan Michael Rossi, 20, was killed in the line of duty on July 1 in Baghdad. The Safety harbor native was buried on July 11 and by the end of the month, his brother, Matthew Reif, 21 had decided to drop out of school to join the Army. A short time later, Rossi's younger brohter, Jason Rossi, 19, announced that he too was bound for the Army.
