Toronto - Defenseman Bryan McCabe (hand) is out. Goaltender Vesa Toskala (groin) is day to day. Key stats: The third of four meetings, with each team winning one thus far. ... The Lightning has lost four straight, its last win coming Dec. 20 against the Leafs at the St. Pete Times Forum in rookie goaltender Karri Ramo's first NHL start. ... Lightning forward Vinny Lecavalier leads the league with 56 points and has 18 points in his last 14 games. ... Leafs center Mats Sundin leads Toronto with 43 points. ...
