The biggest upset of the day might have come in the Beginner Division 9-10 year olds. Patriot Lending (3-1) was stunned by White's Quality Transmission (1-3), 13-12. Lyle Plummer Welding (3-1) continues to lead the Varsity Division (15-17 year olds), after losing its only game in Week 2. That loss came to the only undefeated team remaining in HYL, the Junior Varsity Division-leading Cortez Community Bank (4-0).
B&B Hobbies (2-2) is currently in fourth place in the Beginner Division. The team has been noticeable for star player Bryon Wyatt. In last weekend's 28-17 win over Down Force, Wyatt scored a league-high 26 points. He currently leads all of HYL in scoring at 18 points per game.
