Art show benefit: Nuance Galleries hosts an art show benefit for Bhante Wimala's Bangladesh relief project. A discussion will be held on "Bringing Wisdom into Compassion for Disaster Relief" along with an auction on pieces donated by Rob Epstein, Taylor Ikin, Keith Martin Johns and Laura Waller. Peace concert: The Unitarian Universalist Church of Tampa kicks off its 2008 Concerts in the UU Dome series with "Listening for Peace," a world peace concert featuring Lauren Pelon. 4 p.m., Sunday; Unitarian Universalist Church of Tampa UU Dome, 11400 Morris Bridge Road, Tampa; open to the public, tickets are $12 at the door, $10 in advance. Climate change conference: The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at USF hosts an open house with guest speaker Thomas Crisman, the Patel Professor of Environment at USF.
