BROOKSVILLE
Gulf Ridge Park Baptist Church, 20200 Manecke Road, will host the Dixie Echoes in a gospel concert at 7:30 p.m. Jan. 18. For the past 48 years, the quartet from Pensacola has released more than 50 albums and had several Top 10 singles. Among its many honors: Southern Gospel Music Association group of the year and album of the year. An offering will be taken. For information, call 796-4710.
HUDSON
St. Mark's Presbyterian Church, 7922 State Road 52, will present four free seminars with area professionals on the topics of finances, legal issues, hospice care, and funerals and memorial services at 1:30 p.m. Mondays beginning next week.. Call 727 863-5646.
RIDGE MANOR
Ridge Manor United Methodist Church, 34350 Cortez Blvd., will host the gospel trio Forgiven at 6 p.m. Jan. 13. Cloid and Debbie Baker and Jes Adam form the trio, whose primary focus is to use their music and testimonies to provide a worship service for the Christian and an evangelistic service for the non-Christian. The Bakers have performed with the Weatherfords and the Bill Gaither Trio. The concert is free, but donations will be accepted for the trio. SPRING HILL
Spring Hill Baptist Church, 3140 Mariner Blvd., will welcome evangelist Tim Lee for a series of services from Jan. 13-16. Lee is a former Marine Corps sergeant and Purple Heart recipient from the Vietnam War. Sunday services will be at 10:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. Weeknight services will be at 7. An offering will be taken. St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Women, 5030 Mariner Blvd., will have a bake sale after the 4 and 6 p.m. Masses on Jan. 12 and a card party at 1 p.m. Jan. 22.
