The blocks are sold in sets of 10 blocks ranging from 6 by 6 inches to 1.5 by 1.5 inches. The cardboard blocks are covered in a plastic laminate film. The blocks have various images and themes including Things I Know New; Garden Fairies; Hardware Store; Around the Land; Read-To-Me; Animal Sounds; Animal Alphabet; ABC; and Nursery Friends. "Tot Towers" and "eeBoo Corporation" are printed on the product's packaging. Where sold? Specialty and gift shops nationwide. What to do? Counterfeit circuit breakers labeled 'Square D' Company: North American Breaker Co. Inc. Why? The breakers have been determined by Square D to be counterfeit and can fail to trip when they are overloaded, posing a fire hazard. What models? The counterfeit circuit breakers are black and are labeled as Square D QO-series models 110, 115, 120, 130, 210, 215, 220, 225, 230, 235, 240, 250, 260, 280, 1515, 1520, 2020, 2125, 315, 340, 350, 360 and 3100. Actual Square D circuit breakers have the amp rating written on the handle in white paint on the front of the breaker, the Square D insignia molded onto the breaker side and a yellow chromate mounting clip with half of the top of the clip visible. Some of the nozzles on these dryers are not grounded. If an electrical component comes into contact with an ungrounded nozzle, it can pose a shock hazard. What models? Wall-mounted dryers with nozzles protruding from the front that may be recessed or surface-mounted. The dryers are used primarily in rest rooms and locker rooms in public and commercial buildings. Gap's 'Warmest Jacket' for boys Company: Gap Outlet. Why? The jackets have a waist drawstring with a toggle that could become snagged or caught in small spaces or doorways, which can pose an entrapment hazard to children. What models? The jackets are hooded, zip in front and have a drawstring at the waist. They were sold in navy and gray in multiple children's sizes. "Gap Outlet" is printed on a label at the neck. Various erectile dysfunction drugs Company: Shangai Distributor Inc. Why?: Undeclared ingredients in these products may interact with nitrates found in some prescription drugs (such as nitroglycerin) and can lower blood pressure to dangerous levels. What models?: Super Shangai, Strong Testis, Shangai Ultra, Shangai Ultra X, Lady Shangai and Shangai Regular, also marketed as Shangai Chaojimengnan. Where sold?: Various stores. What to do?: Consumers should discontinue use and consult a health care provider if they have experienced any adverse events that they feel are related to the use of these products. Why?: The medicine cabinet’s mirrors can separate and break, posing a laceration hazard. What models?: Three styles of bathroom medicine cabinets sold in 30-, 36- and 48-inch sizes with top lights and three beveled mirror doors: Estate by RSI Tri-view cabinets with four to six lights, crown molding and three finishes: white, solid oak and maple; Insignia with a wide variety of finishes and manufactured to consumer specifications provided through Lowe’s; MasterBath cabinets with a wide variety of finishes and manufactured to consumer specifications provided through The Home Depot. What models?: All 2006-2008 MXU 500 ATVs. The vehicle is identified by a label on the front as KYMCO and the model is determined by a label located on each side of the fuel tank as MXU 500.
