Pasco Arts Council will accept donations of new and used art and art supplies from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. through Jan. 23 for its annual "Artists' Attic Sale." Items needed are new and recycled frames, mats, canvases, paper, brushes, easels, cases, craft items, baskets, holiday decor, art and anything art or crafts related.
