Baker to speakat breakfastfor a cause St. Petersburg Mayor Rick Baker will be the keynote speaker at the inaugural Louise Graham Regeneration Center celebration breakfast from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Friday at the Renaissance Vinoy Resort and Golf Club, 501 Fifth Ave. NE. Bar foundationto host a party "Heroes Among Us," the annual St. Petersburg Bar Foundation event, will pay tribute to Bob Decker and the late Roy Harrell Jr. The keynote speaker is NFL Hall of Famer and entrepreneur Lee Roy Selmon.
