Senior Meals

Pasco County operates nine congregate dining sites that offer a nutritious meal and various program activities. There is no charge for these meals, but donations are requested. Additionally, Pasco County delivers meals to homes of the elderly through two programs: The Elderly Nutrition Program meal is offered for a donation only. The Meals on Wheels program requires a registration fee and a $5 fee per meal. All meals include low-fat milk. Call to register. For information on any of these meal options or to volunteer, call (727) 834-3340 in west Pasco; (352) 521-5174 in east Pasco; or (813) 929-1231 in central Pasco.
Monday: Meatloaf with tomato gravy, creamy mashed potatoes, garden peas, whole wheat bread with margarine, apple sauce.
Tuesday: Baked fish wedge with tartar sauce, cheesy grits, stewed tomatoes and okra, whole grain bread with margarine, mixed fruit.
Wednesday: Lemon pepper chicken leg, green beans, parsley potatoes with red peppers, whole grain bread with margarine, pears.
Thursday: Butter bean and sausage casserole, winter vegetable medley, carrot cuts, white bread with margarine, chocolate pudding.
Friday: Sliced turkey with turkey gravy, whipped potatoes, green peas, whole wheat bread with margarine, chocolate chip cookie.
Notice: No home deliveries or site openings on Monday, Jan. 21.
