ARCHITECTURE

Bessolo Design Group Inc., 556 Central Ave., St. Petersburg, announces it latest project with the West Bartow Partnership Ltd. LLLP, an affiliate of the Lakeland Housing Authority, to develop the Manor at West Bartow, a three-story building with 100 apartments. There are 50 one-bedroom units of 600 square feet and 50 two-bedroom, two-bath units of 800 square feet. The plan includes a community room, communal dining kitchen, and laundry facilities on each floor. Project cost is estimated at $15-million.

Thomas D. Wood and Co., 1700 S MacDill Ave., Suite 240-A, Tampa, has arranged $560,000 in financing for Ecor Rouge Shopping Center, a 62,020-square-foot retail center in Fairhope, Ala.
