Square dancing: Learn to dance and meet people at the Temple Twirlers Square Dance Club from 4:45 to 6:45 p.m. Saturdays at 19012 First St. SW in Lutz. The first night is free. The cost is $4.

Line dancing: The Northdale OWLS Older, Wiser, Lively Seniors new line dancing season has begun at Northdale Park, 15500 Spring Pine Drive. Beginner classes are 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. Tuesdays. Intermediate classes are 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. Thursdays. The cost is $4. Call (813) 259-1704.

Ballet: Registration for ballet classes for ages 3 to adult is open at the Center for the Arts Ballet School at Scottish Rite Center, 5500 Memorial Highway. There are openings for the 10 to teen pointe class. Call (813) 887-1979.

Bridge: Learn to play the competitive card game at 6:30 p.m. starting Jan. 29 and Jan. 30 at the Tampa Jewish Community Center, 1309 Community Campus Drive. Soccer: Sign up for co-ed soccer at Plantation in Carrollwood for ages 4 to 15. All practices and games are in the park off Gunn Highway and Casey Road. Register from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the clubhouse Saturday and Jan. 26. The cost is $75; bring proof of age. Call (813) 908-5831.

Tennis: Improve your ground strokes, volleys, doubles tactics and more at the Cliff Drysdale Fila Touring Tennis Camps. Adult camps meet 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Juniors camp is 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday at Tampa Palms Golf and Country Club, 5811 Tampa Palms Blvd. The cost for the adult camp is $150 for all three days or $60 each day for nonmembers, and $120 or $50 for members. Fun run: Help support the Wishes for Wharton Foundation by entering the Wharton High School Wildcats 5K run/walk and 1-mile fun run. The event starts at 7 a.m. Feb. 16 at Live Oak Preserve, 20150 Bruce B. Downs Blvd. The cost for the 5K is $10 for students and $20 the day of the race; the fun run costs $5.
