Former CBS anchor Dan Rather brings his presidential primary coverage to St. Petersburg Jan. 29, presenting live reporting and analysis of Florida's primary results from Miller Auditorium at Eckerd College for his latest employer, the HD Net high-definition TV channel.

So far, the general public won't be admitted to the Eckerd College site, which will hold a select crowd of about 200 people. But fans can watch the coverage or see the channel's Web site at www.hd.net/danrather.html, where the anchor's coverage of New Hampshire and South Carolina primaries is already available.
