Ramos-Quinn Jill Marie Quinn and Rodney Paiva Ramos were married Nov. 11, 2007 on Anna Maria Island. The bride is the daughter of Karen Quinn of New Port Richey and the late Michael Quinn. The bridegroom is the son of Edison and Cecilia Ramos of New Port Richey. The bride is a graduate of River Ridge High School and the University of South Florida. The bridegroom is a graduate of Gulf High School. They live in Safety Harbor.
