KEY LOSSES

CB Mike Jenkins, CB Trae Williams, LB Ben Moffitt, OT Walt Walker, DT Richard Clebert, DE Woody George, WR Amarri Jackson.

HOT PROSPECTS

Three big targets are coming in for an official visit: WR Tommy Streeter, a 6-6 four-star recruit from Miami Northwestern, and two more Miami standouts who committed elsewhere - Miami Carroll CB George Baker (Auburn) and Hialeah DT Corey Liuget (Illinois). Seven others who have committed will also visit. The next-biggest potential commitment is Tallahassee Lincoln QB B.J. Daniels, who visited last week.

LOOKING BACK

The biggest impact recruits weren't signings but January transfers, as former Iowa State LB Tyrone McKenzie led the team in tackles and former Alabama signee Mike Ford led all running backs in yards and touchdowns. Of the true freshmen who played, WR Dontavia Bogan caught 12 passes for 190 yards and a touchdown. DT Terrell McClain should be a starter.
