Gasparilla krewes slogans

There are now more than 50 krewes in the Gasparilla Parade, and many have adopted mottoes. Some even have two.

These slogans may offer a glimpse of the spirit of these organizations. Here's a sample:

Krewe of Augustina De Aragon

"Work hard, play hard, give back and do all things with a full heart."

Ye Mystic Krewe of Gasparilla

"To provide a venue to promote tourism and a family environment."

Krewe of Rumrunners

"Supporting the Community Philanthropically" and "No Honor without Blood."
