Active Parenting Now, a six-week workshop for anyone who needs help getting kids to be responsible, will be from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Wednesdays, today through March 5 at Longleaf Elementary, 3253 Town Ave., New Port Richey. "Building a Foundation for Success, Strategic Planning" is the Pasco Schools Community Night topic from 3:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the Center for the Arts at Wesley Chapel High, 30651 Wells Road. Former Buccaneers defensive lineman Lee Roy Selmon will be the keynote speaker for the event, which is in conjunction with the West Pasco Chamber of Commerce's Business Development Week. The school district will also unveil the new five-year strategic plan. Free and open to the public.
The Pasco County Regional Science Fair will be from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at River Ridge Middle/High, 11646 Town Center Road, New Port Richey.

Ticket to Broadway, featuring performances by high school students from throughout Pasco County, will be at 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Richey Suncoast Theatre, 6237 Grand Blvd., New Port Richey.
