Winter art exhibit: The artwork of Tampa Bay artists, including those with mental and physical disabilities, is on display from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Florida Mental Health Institute at USF. The institute is at the northwest corner of the campus. From Bruce B. Downs Boulevard, enter the campus on Holly and make a left at the first street. The display is in the south hallway. Art gallery gala: The February exhibition at Jacey Gallery will feature the artwork of Samantha Churchill, Joan Garcia, Tanja Harmon and Nancy Jacey.
