LARGO - Tampa Prep took an early 15-6 lead and didn't look back, en route to a 60-23 win over Calvary Christian on Friday night.
The Terrapins will meet host Indian Rocks Christian tonight in the final. The Terps were led by junior Ayala Wasser's 41 points. Junior Becca Gwyn also scored in double digits, with 10 points.
The Warriors were led by freshman Sami Mauder's 11 points. She was helped out by fellow freshman Sarah Trill (seven points).
In the early semifinal, the Golden Eagles took a 37-19 halftime lead, then had to withstand an 18-14 second-half run by Bishop McLaughlin before pulling away for a 51-37 victory.
The Golden Eagles were led by junior Courtney St. Louis' 30 points. She was helped by seven other Golden Eagles, led by two back-to-back 3-pointers from sophomore Ryan Ashburn.
The Hurricanes (5-15) were led by junior Kristen Pawlowski's 24 points.
