The Palm Harbor Garden Club will meet Feb. 11 at Lutheran Church of the Resurrection, 1555 Windmill Pointe Road in East Lake.

Joe Bigis of the Home Depot will speak about plants.

Doors open at 11 a.m. with a business meeting at 11:30 a.m., followed by a light lunch and the program.

Wear a hat decorated in a heart theme to the next luncheon meeting of the GFWC Woman's Club of Tarpon Springs on Feb. 13 in the club house of Cypress Run Golf Club, 2669 St. Andrews Blvd., Tarpon Springs.

Entertainment will be provided by the club's own Tarpon Singers.

Doors open at 11:30 a.m. with lunch at noon.

Attendees are asked to bring toothbrushes and toothpaste to assist in the club's ongoing support for families of the Citizen's Alliance for Progress.

Cost is $16, and reservations are required by Wednesday.

The Military Order of the World Wars, a patriotic nonpartisan organization, was established in 1919 to promote the welfare of our nation.

The order provides an opportunity for officers of all of the federal uniformed services to unite in a strong program to promote national security, patriotism, good citizenship and service to country.

MOWW will meet at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Belleair Country Club, 1 Country Club Lane, Belleair.
