Bulls roughed up again on road

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - USF's chances of rebounding from Wednesday's 71-48 road loss to top-ranked Connecticut faded in the early moments Saturday night against Louisville.
The Cardinals jumped out to a 10-point lead in the first two minutes and went on to an 87-51 victory at Freedom Hall.
USF (11-10, 1-7 Big East) shot just 28.6 percent from the field in the first half, including 23.1 percent (3-13) from behind the 3-point arc in falling behind by as much as 25 in the first half.
The Bulls were outrebounded 30-14 and 12-4 on the offensive end by Louisville (15-7, 4-5).
The Cardinals pushed the lead to 33 with 16:09 left on a 3-pointer by Brandie Radde and later to 39 on a layup by Keshia Hines with 1:09 left.
Jazmine Sepulveda led the Bulls with 10 points, while Gianna Messina and Shantia Grace each added nine.
Candyce Bingham led five Louisville players in double figures with 19 points, and Angel McCoughtry had 13 rebounds.

No. 10 Cal 60, USC 55, OT: Devanei Hampton had 20 points, including the tiebreaking basket in overtime, and the Bears won their 14th straight at home.
BYU 56, No. 15 Wyoming 42: Freshman Mallary Carling scored 20 and the host Cougars sent Wyoming to a second consecutive loss.
No. 16 GW 73, Duquesne 65: Kimberly Beck scored 19 and the visiting Colonials gave coach Joe McKeown his 500th career win. McKeown, the Colonials' coach since 1989, is 432-151 in 19 seasons and is the 34th Division I coach with 500 or more wins.
No. 20 Notre Dame 73, Cincinnati 41: Charel Allen scored 16 and led a 21-0 run that carried the visiting Irish.
G'town 78, No. 22 Syracuse 71: Kieraah Marlow scored 19 and the host Hoyas beat a ranked opponent for the first time in four years.
No. 23 DePaul 78, Villanova 55:Allie Quigley scored 23 as the host Blue Demons overcame 11 3-pointers by the Wildcats.
Creighton 75, No. 24 Illinois St. 71: Kelsey Woodard scored a game-high 20 as the visiting Bluejays upset the Redbirds.
