One survived shooting that killed six

CHICAGO As police continued to search Sunday for a gunman who killed five women in a Tinley Park, Ill., clothing store, sources said a sixth person was also shot but survived. At a news conference, Tinley Park Police Chief Michael O'Connell released the names of the dead, but gave few new details. O'Connell described the shooting as a robbery gone bad. Police had said the gunman led the five women into the back room of the store and killed them. Police left the impression Saturday there were no survivors in the Lane Bryant store in a suburban strip mall. On Sunday, sources familiar with the investigation said one person survived. O'Connell identified the dead as Connie R. Woolfolk, 37, of Flossmoor, Ill.; Jennifer L. Bishop, 34, of South Bend, Ind.; Rhonda McFarland, 42, of Joliet, Ill.; Sarah Szafranski, 22, of Oak Forest, Ill.; and Carrie Hudek Chiuso, 33, of Frankfort, Ill.
