PHCC Center offers Evening child care

Pasco-Hernando Community College's TodayCare Children's Center, at the west campus at 10230 Ridge Road, now offers evening child care from 5 to 10 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays for children ages 2 to 11. The cost per child is $9 an hour (minimum two hours per stay) with discounts available to students, faculty and staff. There is also a $20 registration fee per semester for evening care. - A caption with a photo in Thursday's Pasco Times contained incorrect information about Ash Wednesday. It is not a holy day of obligation for Catholics.

- The Pasco County Sheriff's Office child protective investigations team inherited about 750 cases from the state Department of Children and Families when the county unit formed eight years ago. Because of incorrect information provided by the Sheriff's Office, a story Thursday gave the wrong number of cases.
