Briefs: Builders show their stuff at homes parade

Pasco builders open their doors at 10 this morning for their two-week Parade of Homes/Neighborhoods on Parade, a showcase of new construction. Thirty models and two communities, Connerton and Bella Terra, are participating. Models range from 1,200 to 4,000 square feet and from $180,000 to more than $800,000. The showcase home is by Siebel Falls Homes in the Alsace community in Land O'Lakes. Models are open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday, noon to 5 p.m. Sunday, through Feb. 24.
