USF at Cincinnati When/where: 2 p.m.; Fifth Third Arena, Cincinnati TV/radio: Catch 47; 1010-AM Records: USF 12-10, 2-7 Big East; Cincinnati 10-12, 1-9 Scouting report: Cincinnati has dropped eight straight and is the only Big East team with a losing record, with the conference's worst turnover margin and worst 3-point defense. USF is coming off an upset of No. 25 DePaul in which guards Shantia Grace and Jazmine Sepulveda scored 35 and 22, respectively. Grace averages 17.2 points, with Sepulveda back in double figures at 10.2. Cincinnati's Kahla Roudebush averages a team-best 16 points, with 6-3 forward Jill Stephens getting 13.8 and a team-high 9.6 rebounds. Cincinnati's last loss was by seven, but the losing streak includes five defeats by 30 or more. The Bulls are one game out of 12th place, the league tournament cutoff, with seven to play, and they get a week off before facing No. 7 Rutgers at home Feb. 16.
