The Cockney Rebel, the British pub that used to pull pints on Fourth Street N in St. Petersburg, soon will replace the recently closed Annie Moore's. Owners Taina and Terry Brabent were looking for something new when they saw that Annie Moore's was available. They quickly signed a lease and are busily cleaning up the building at 6395 Gulf Blvd. with plans toopen in early March. The new site will mimic the old with a menu that includes shepherd's pie, fish and chips, and ploughman's lunch.
