ST. PETERSBURG - Northside Christian began to make a game of things in the second half after a 33-19 halftime deficit. However, the Mustangs came up just short, falling 61-45 to Admiral Farragut.
The Blue Jackets had four players score in double digits. They were led by sophomore Josh Burch's 15 points, including two 3-pointers. Senior Hayden Buttner added 14 points, junior Michael Koebel had 13 and freshman Chris Myrick scored 11.
The Mustangs were led by senior Benjamin Kaylor's 23 points, including two 3-pointers. He was helped by senior Drew Phillips, who nailed two 3-pointers, and freshman Kyle Keck, who added eight.
