Vice President of Clinical Transformation, BayCare Health System, Clearwater
Cynthia Davis assumes her new role at BayCare Health System after serving as vice president of information technology and chief information officer at Dekalb Regional Healthcare System in Georgia. Davis has 18 years experience in health care administration and more than 10 years experience in the development and management of financial and clinical information systems. Davis earned a bachelor's of nursing degree from the University of New Mexico and a master's of health service administration from the University of Michigan. She is a fellow with the American College of Health Executives.
Karen Benfield
Director of Nursing, Harmony Home Health, Clearwater
Karen Benfield brings more than 20 years experience in hospital, private duty and long-term care to Harmony Home Health, a Clearwater provider of private-duty nursing and personal care services. Benfield was a registered nurse and staff relief/practicing registered nurse, nurse manager, at the Laurels of Forest Glen in Garner, N.C. She has been a volunteer medical missionary in Tijuana, Mexico; and a volunteer registered nurse with the Newton, North Carolina Catholic free clinic. Benfield earned a bachelor's of science degree in nursing from Winston-Salem State University and holds various health care professional certifications.

Kristin Mayfield See joins the Make-A-Wish Foundation, a nonprofit organization that grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions, from Lowry Park Zoo, where she was director of events. She has been marketing and customer communications coordinator at TECO, director of communications for the Lakeland Area Chamber of Commerce and the Toledo Area Chamber of Commerce and was interim marketing manager at WGTE Public Broadcasting in Toledo, Ohio. Mayfield See earned a bachelor's of science degree from Bowling Green State University and lives in Odessa.
