Traffic discussion: The Hillsborough County Neighborhood Traffic Control Program hosts a public meeting to discuss traffic problems along 16th Avenue S and Palm River Road from 50th Street to Maydell Drive, and Maydell from Palm River Road to Causeway Boulevard in the Palm River area. A recommendation to the county commissioners on solving the traffic problems will be based on the meeting. 6:30 p.m. today; Winston Park Recreation Center, 7605 Destin Drive, Palm River; open to the public. Lecture: The University of South Florida's University Lecture Series presents former CIA operative Valerie Plame-Wilson, whose employment as a covert CIA agent was revealed in a syndicated newspaper column in 2003. Raising boys: Designed for mothers who are raising sons, the Inner Life of America's Boys will present the PBS documentary Raising Cain. The film provides research on boys' inner workings and highlights innovative programs that bring out the best in young men.
