A Florida State Fair employee was arrested Sunday, accused of stealing more than $1,000 from a cash box and stuffing it in his underwear, Hillsborough sheriff's deputies said.

According to an arrest report, Russell Kent Foreman, 46, took $1,040 and ran, only to be caught by deputies a short time later. The cash was recovered after he was taken into custody, the report says.

He was booked into the Orient Road Jail on a felony charge of third-degree grand theft. Bail was set at $2,000.

Jail records show Foreman, a.k.a. James Dombrosky or "Ray," also was arrested in December 2004 after providing police with a fake name and evading a South Carolina bad check charge.
