Expanding FedEx Kinko's unveils new store on SR 580

CLEARWATER - The newest FedEx Kinko's Office and Print Center at 2518-B State Road 580 will have a grand opening Tuesday afternoon.

Vincent Wagner is manager of the center that has a smaller store format and features more office products and other services to better meet the needs of small businesses and mobile professionals.

Included in the services are copying and digital printing, document creation, Internet access, computer rentals, signs and graphics, notary services and direct mail, as well as the full range of FedEx shipping products and services.

Store hours are 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. weekdays, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday. Call 727 797-4167 or visit www.fedexkinkos.com.

The new location is part of the company's global expansion. It has opened more than 400 such centers since June 2006, with plans to open more during the next several years.

Colliers Arnold hires retail director

Kimberly E. Lamb has joined the Clearwater office of Colliers Arnold as director of retail services. She will focus on new business development and oversee the retail project leasing and management portfolio for Florida.

Lamb has more than 23 years experience in real estate management. She most recently was with CB Richard Ellis as vice president of property management for the north Florida region and director of retail for the state of Florida. She also worked for RMC Property Group as vice president of asset management.

Creative awarded design-build contract

Creative Contractors of Clearwater has been selected as the design-build contractor for a Pediatric Surgery Center in Odessa.

The 18,000-square-foot combined ambulatory surgery center and medical office building will feature operating rooms, nurse stations, examination rooms, a lobby and administrative areas. The $4.3-million project is to be completed this summer.

MetroTech computers adds two to staff

MetroTech of Largo has hired two staffers, Jeff Shrout as a field technician and Kimberly Hongsermeier as administrative assistant.

Chick-fil-A awards employee scholarship

Kevin Elliott of Palm Harbor, who works at the Chick-fil-A restaurant at Westfield Countryside mall, has received a $1,000 education scholarship from the company. He will use the scholarship for engineering studies at the University of South Florida.

The chain's leadership scholarship program started in 1973 and has awarded more than $22-million in employee scholarships nationwide and more than $2-million in Florida.
