LAKELAND - After winning its first district championship in 10 years, Santa Fe Catholic was ousted from regionals 56-43 by Calvary Christian on Thursday. The Hawks (15-9) scored first, and the Warriors (19-9) quickly answered with a layup to tie. The Warriors then scored a 3-pointer to regain the lead and held that lead for the entire game. "It took us about a half to get rolling," Warriors coach Dave Bintz said. "We were finally able to get the ball into the post." And feed the post they did. Directly to their big man, Christian Bibi Ndongo who finished with 12 points, but his presence was much more than just scoring. Ndongo is averaging 13 points, 12.5 rebounds and five blocks a game this season.
