The Pasco Arts Council presents the second annual Jacaranda Poetry Festival Contest. Entries must be previously unpublished and postmarked by March 15. The entry fee is $3 per poem; send checks payable to the Pasco Arts Council, 5744 Moog Road, Holiday, FL 34690-2354. Send two copies of each poem: one with the poet's name, address and phone number; the other without identification to be given to the judges.
